Because we value nature, the woods, the dunes and reeds, and your safery, we have a friendly reminder for you:
- Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
- Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
- When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

Arrival
Please report to reception on arrival. On arrival please register at the reception.
Barrier
You will receive your barrier card upon arrival. The barrier works with an in and out system. This means that you cannot use the barrier card for the same barrier twice in a row.
If you leave the resort without using your barrier card, you will no longer be able to enter or exit via the barrier. Therefore, always use the main entrance and exit. If the barrier is open for any reason, you must still have your card read.
It is NOT permitted to drive through with several cars in a row. EuroParcs is not liable for any damage. In case of an emergency you can leave the resort at all times. In case of loss we will charge €50,00!
Parking
Per accommodation it is allowed to park one car. Other cars can be parked on the general car park at the entrance of the park.
Traffic rules
A maximum speed of 5 kilometres per hour applies on the entire terrain. Driving a moped in the park is not allowed. You may, however, walk with it in the park.
Wifi
You can find the code for the Wifi network on a sticker on the fridge or modem near the TV.
Pets
Your dog is welcome on the park, if kept on a leash. In certain chalets, dogs are also allowed and the dog must be kept on a leash in the garden. Make sure your dog cannot get out of the garden.
Dogs are not allowed on beds or benches in the chalets.
A dog play area can be found at our park. There are also off-leash areas around the park, such as the cow hills. More locations can be requested at reception.
You are obliged to clean up your dog's excrement throughout the park; you will find special bins for this purpose.
Please note that in some areas of the park, such as playgrounds, your dog is not allowed. These areas are identified by signs.
You are responsible for your dog's behaviour at all times. Make sure you can handle crowds or uncertain situations with other dogs.
Have fun with your dog and thank you for your cooperation!
Visitors
Visitors are more than welcome. Day visitors can come and visit you free of charge. Do they stay the night? They must report to reception in the presence of the main booker. They can park outside the park in the designated areas.
Household waste
Domestic waste can be deposited in the containers between the 100/400 pitch. Follow the road signs to the environmental street.
Safety and nuisance
- Possession and use of drugs and other illegal substances are not permitted.
- All accommodations are smoke-free.
- Barbecuing is only allowed with a device on legs and at a distance of 5m from the accommodation. The lighting of open fires (fire basket or campfire) is not permitted.
- Sleeping between 23.00 and 7.00 hours.
- Radio/television must not be audible outside the holiday accommodation.
- We are not liable for theft and damage as accidents.
- If you cause any damage, you must pay for it.
- The management or a designated person has the right to remove people from the park.
- Remaining camping fees are not refundable.
- The management has the right to enter the premises at any time in 24 hours.

Please note! Please indicate clearly that the emergency service must drive via the Zeisterweg to reach our main entrance. For quick processing, we advise you to wait for the emergency service at the barrier or have them wait for you at the reception desk after closing time. You are to inform the head of the field service.

On the day of departure check out before 10 o'clock.
- Leave the accommodation tidy and clean.
- Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
- take the waste to the reclycling area (milieustraat on the map)
- Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it in a pillowcase

- Please note that our swimming pool is unsupervised, this means that there will be no lifeguard present. You can enter the pool at your own risk and with a valid QR code.
- We ask you to observe the house rules at all times. These house rules can be found on the sign in the pool.
- Our guestst have free access to the pool. Maximum number of guests allowed in the pool is 40.
- You have received a ticket to access the swimming pool.
- Children without swimming certificate are obligated to wear swimming straps.

All our holiday homes have a filter coffee machine.

Yes, this can be booked at reception or via the EuroParcs app. We offer normal breakfast boxes, but also a vegetarian and kids variant. This needs to be ordered a day in advance before 12.00 noon and, just like the bread rolls, can be collected at the reception from 09.00 in the morning.
How many cars are allowed near the accommodation?

There is a parking space for 1 car next to the accommodation. Visitors or more cars can be parked in the general car park near the reception.
What is the distance to Utrecht and what are the possibilities of getting to Utrecht by public transport?
What is the distance to Utrecht and what are the possibilities of getting to Utrecht by public transport?
By car, it is a 30-minute drive from the park to Utrecht. In Maarn is the bus and train station. From here, there is a direct connection to Utrecht and takes about 20 minutes. The station is a good 20-minute walk from the park's reception.

Yes, this can be done until 00.00 midnight for the next morning. You can order via Brasserie Laagkanje. You can pick up your bread rolls the next morning at the reception from 09.00 o' clock.

Dogs are certainly welcome! We are a pet-friendly park, and as such we have a special off-leash/play area. The reception offers special off-leash routes in the area.
